Week 4 Primary Weekly Correspondence

Here is the following correspondence from Primary Office this week;


  • First House Event - Thank you
    Thank you to all students who wore their house colours on Friday and participated in the House Events. We appreciate your great spirit!! Our next House Event is on October 10. Stay tuned for more details.
    Merits Merits will also begin on Monday September 8. Teachers will be looking to give  merits to students who exhibit the IB Learner Profile Attributes. Each merit counts as a point for their House as well! We encourage each student to continue to display the attributes around our school.
    Class Representative Elections The class representative elections will take place on Sept 9 and Sept 10 for students in Years 3-6 in class homerooms. There will be 1 representative per class who will be responsible for attending weekly meetings Thursday at lunch and assisting the House Captains in planning and executing House Events and Assemblies . Students should make their interest known to their homeroom teacher by September 8. Each student will be asked to make a short (less than 1 minute) speech to their class about why they would like to be the class representative.

  • About CCAS:
    CCA class lists have been shared with Homeroom teachers and personal confirmation emails (one email for each CCA) will be sent out to parents

    Please note that your child/ren may not have made it to all three choices made in August. The system follows and creates lists according to the number of students eligible per CCA, their age and the date the online registration was recorded.

  • We are searching for parents who can help sew book bags to fit on the back of our classroom chairs. We will be converting pillow cases or using material to build them from scratch. If you have material you can donate or you can help us to sew, please email Ms. Riemer at kriemer@chatsworth.com.sg
