Prespectives from the PYP Coordinator

4 March

PYP schools provide students with learning experiences that are engaging, relevant, challenging and significant, in learning environments that are stimulating and provocative… (Making the PYP happen, pg. 7) One of the ways we provide these types of learning experiences is through field trips. We are able to connect to things in our local community and help our students gain a deeper understanding of the central idea. These creative, stimulating learning environment encourage curiosity and inquiry. Singapore has so much to offer; so our students adventure out of the classroom to different areas around the island.
