Primary	School Photographs - 5 September onwards More details here. Hari Raya Celebration - 8 September We are celebrating Hari Raya in school on 8th September. Students may come to school in traditional Malay costumes or in the celebratory colours of gold (or yellow), purple and green. Staff Professional Development Day - 9 September Please note that school is close on 9th September 2016 due to Staff Professional Development Day. FUN RUN A very big thank you to all the students who took part in the fun run at the Botanic Gardens. September Lunch Menu Medication Consent Form Kindly keep the medication consent form at home and send it to us when needed.
Sports	Swim Team Students from Year 4 to 6 can come and collect a permission form for the tryouts for the school swim team from Ms. Belva or Mr. Sharp classrooms.  Please come before or after school. Due to swimming pool maintenance the swim team will start tryouts at the end of September.
CCA / ECA	CCA Confirmations Parents should expect to get an email with their child’s confirmation of CCA for Session 1 this evening Friday September 2. Please remember CCA registration is based on spaces available and we have worked to accommodate requests as best as we could. Waitlists will continue to be in effect and parents will be contacted should a CCA space become available. If you have not received an email by Monday September 5, please contact Ms. Emily MacLean at emaclean@chatsworth.com.sg ECA providers will continue to contact parents who have expressed interest in a particular ECA. All parents who have expressed interest in an ECA will be contacted by a provider notifying of either if space is available or if registration is full for this session.  Please allow them the time to work through their lists until September 9.

EY Parent Cafe with Lissy Puno Starting a new school year presents distinct challenges for our children, especially during critical developmental years. This workshop will start with an awareness and understanding of stressors children experience and how it can affect their self-esteem. Behaviors to watch out for will be discussed and how parents can best handle them through effective communication and encouragement.
