  • NWEA Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) Assessment
    More details here on NWEA MAP Assessment to assess students from Years 4 to 11 across both Chatsworth Orchard and Chatsworth East campuses.
  • Lost and Found will be cleared on the last Friday of the month. Kindly collect items before this date.
CCA /
ECA
    • Session 1 begins Tuesday September 13 for ECA/CCAs
    • Please make necessary changes to pick up schedules and contact the bus company if necessary.
    • After school ECA/CCA pickup at the classroom/location of the ECA/CCA. All students must be picked up at 4:30pm (CCA) and 4:45pm (ECA).
    • No Swimming ECA on Wednesday September 14 due to pool maintenance. Makeup class scheduled for Wednesday November 30.
    • Year 5 & Year 6 Return Home Alone Procedures - Homeroom teachers will be sending the appropriate forms home today. These forms MUST be filled out and returned prior to CCA/ECA in order for students to leave campus alone.

Swim Team
  • Students from Year 4 to 6 can come and collect a permission form for the tryouts for the school swim team from Ms. Belva or Mr. Sharp classrooms.  Please come before or after school.
  • Due to swimming pool maintenance the swim team will start tryouts at the end of September.

  • EY Parent Cafe with Lissy Puno
    Starting a new school year presents distinct challenges for our children, especially during critical developmental years. This workshop will start with an awareness and understanding of stressors children experience and how it can affect their self-esteem. Behaviors to watch out for will be discussed and how parents can best handle them through effective communication and encouragement.

  • Parent Cafe - What is transdisciplinary education?
    What is transdisciplinary education? In the Primary Years Programme, moving between disciplines in order to teach skills that are appropriate to the unit of inquiry is common practice. We will look at current research, give you the opportunity to see EY and JY classes in action and then reflect on your observations
