Thoughts from the Chatsworth Primary Hallway

There are many beautiful things that I love about our host country Singapore, but one of my favourites is the way Singapore celebrates the important events of the various cultures that exist here.  Hari Raya Haji celebrated by Muslims around the world, is a significant Islamic festival celebrated here in Singapore. As a school, we celebrate this event to learn more about our host country of Singapore.  Children and teachers dressed in local Malay costume students learnt about it in their classes, and our Friday assembly dedicated towards it. Happy Hari Raya Raji to our Muslim colleagues, families and friends.

Junior Years’ Fun Run

This morning, all the JY classes gathered at the Botanic Gardens for their annual fun run.  Some of our students were vigorously running and sprinting while others took a leisurely stroll around the designated track in the park. Thanks to Ms. Brennan for organizing such a fun event for all and a special thank you to all our parent volunteers. We could not do it without your support!
