Just as students are learning, reflecting and being assessed, so are teachers. Looking for the ways to support student learning and expand their personal learning is an important part of the profession of teaching and extremely valued by our teaching staff at Chatsworth. Teachers are constantly engaging in collaborative meetings where they reflect on their practice and learn from each other ways to extend their students’ learning. This week as a part of that process, the Primary Leadership Team visited classes with the goal in mind to observing the learning of students through the appraisal of teachers. We saw so many wonderful examples of children learning and teachers supporting and facilitating that learning. The photos that follow show our wonderful Primary staff in action.
