Thoughts from the Chatsworth Primary Hallway

As you would know from my previous blog postings, each day I share a quick educational article for the teachers to read at their leisure.  These readings help us to keep up with the latest thinking in education, supporting what we believe a good learning programme is, extend our thinking and at times challenges us to think about things differently.  At times an article comes my way that I feel would help you as parents understand inquiry and constructivism.  This article, A commitment to growth, supports what we believe as an educational learning community.  When we make a commitment to growth, we are making a "commitment to every student's successful learning".  This article gives you a perspective of  learning, learners, teaching, the curriculum, assessment and the reporting of student achievement, that supports our Chatsworth programme.
