CCA / ECA	Registration for Session 2 CCAs and expression of interest for ECAs close on January 17 at 7pm. Please view the CCA page of the school website to find the Session 2 Guide with all information regarding CCAs/ECAs this session before enrolling. Confirmation of CCA enrollment will not be made prior to email confirmation on Friday January 20. ECA providers will be in contact with all parents who have expressed interest in an ECA by January 26. Please allow our providers to follow their registration procedures and wait for them to contact you for further registration information. CCA/ECAs activities begin on Tuesday January 31. Library	Library and Online Research Sessions at Orchard Campus More details here. Check out our Chatsworth Orchard Library Blog Teachers and TAs can search the library catalog online at https://chatsworth.follettdestiny.com This link is also on the school website. Parent volunteers are needed to help out in the library.  Duties including reshelving, processing and checking out books in the library. Email Ms. Fong at efong@chatsworth.com.sg Parents will be receiving email reminders about their children’s library book.  Please read the due date as not all books are overdue. The library is sending you these emails so that you are aware of what books your child is reading and to prevent overdue books. It does not automatically mean that the books are overdue. The first Parent Library Information Session will be next Tues in the library : National Library Board (NLB) Part One - Save space, money and get your child reading with the Singaporean public libraries.  9:30am to 10:30am in the library at Orchard Campus.  For upcoming sessions, please refer to this letter to parents sent out in Dec 2016 and Jan 2017.
Primary Parent Event	Parent Cafè - Single Subjects in the IB PYP We will look at how our single subjects integrate with the classroom units of inquiry. You will have an opportunity to see single subject teaching in EY and JY classes in action and then reflect on your observations.
